Coconut oil is everywhere these days. The health claims are quite fantastic and somewhat too good to be true.
Being a controversial topic, the results may not agree with everyone’s biases and beliefs.
Personally, I avoid coconut oil because I dislike the way it melts in my mouth, its taste and the texture.
To me, all those lovely raw treats look amazing – but taste like candle wax. Blergh.
If I’m going to eat sat fats, I’ll eat butter, thank you.
